Government Shutdown: Delayed Assessment Payment & Late Fees Waivers -
The BCA Board has approved the waiver of February late fees for single-family attached and detached homeowners who are impacted by the shutdown. If your income has been impacted by the shutdown and you would like to delay payment of your February assessment by 28 days, send an email to Ara.Galang@Brambleton.org by Friday, February 8, 2019
to request a Shutdown Assessment Late Fee Waiver.

- Please include the following information in that email: Owner(s) name(s); Property address; Employer (Department/Agency/Contractor); and an acknowledgement that you will pay the February assessment by Friday, March 1, 2019.

Services are scheduled for Tuesday, January 15th. Trees in excess of 8 feet are to be cut in half, and all lights and decorations are to be removed before placing trees curbside. Trees placed curbside after January 16th will be picked up as regular trash on scheduled collection days. BCA single-family home residents should place their trees curbside by 7 AM.

Valentine’s Day Card Making - Join Brambleton Kids Care in making Valentine’s Day cards for residents of INOVA Loudoun Nursing & Rehabilitation Center on Sunday, February 10th from 2 to 3 PM at the Community Center. Loudoun County officials are celebrating the completion of the link of Claiborne Pkwy between Croson Ln and Ryan Rd.
