BCA Office Closed for MLK Day - The BCA Management Office will close today at 5 PM and remain closed through Monday, January 21st in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, January 22nd at 9 AM.

Government Shutdown: Delayed Assessment Payment & Late Fees Waivers - The BCA Board has approved the waiver of February late fees for single-family attached and detached homeowners who are impacted by the shutdown. If your income has been impacted by the shutdown and you would like to delay payment of your February assessment by 28 days, send an email to by Friday, February 8th to request a Shutdown Assessment Late Fee Waiver.
  • Please include the following information in that email: Owner(s) name(s); Property address; Employer (Department/Agency/Contractor); and an acknowledgement that you will pay the February assessment by Friday, March 1st.
  • This waiver does not apply to Summerfield or Residences owners and their Associations.
2019 Assessment Rates Effective 1/1/2019 - Please take a moment to confirm that your payments are aligned with the new 2019 Assessment rates. Contact if you have questions or need more information regarding the various payment options available.

Wintertime Pond Safety
Brambleton has several ponds located throughout the community. Although frosty ponds may look solid from the edge, it is unsafe to do anything other than enjoy the view since ponds rarely freeze evenly or solidly. Venturing onto a frozen pond puts your life and the lives of first responders at risk. Bram Bus: I Love Beer Brew Tour - Bring your sweetie, buddy, or BFF for this casual trip to three Leesburg breweries on Saturday, February 16th from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM! Start with lunch and beer at Dog Money Restaurant and Brewery, head to Loudoun Brewing Company, and end the afternoon at the cozy Black Hoof Brewing Company. Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased here – transportation only.

Comedy Night - On Saturday, March 2nd, come out for a hilarious night of adult comedy featuring up-and-coming comedians from NYC and DC. Two shows at 7:30 PM and 10 PM. $25 per person and includes the tasty popcorn/candy bar. Get your tickets here!

Silver Knights Enrichment - Register now for Silver Knights Enrichment's chess, coding and robotics classes at the Community Center! Classes start at the end of the January and run through the spring. Visit their website and view their flyer for more details.


Holiday Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that the period for displaying winter holiday decorations has come and gone. Holiday decorations should be removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. More information about holiday decorations and lighting can be found here. Inspections for remaining holiday decorations will commence at the beginning of February. Please contact with any questions.

Exterior Lighting Inspections Underway - Brambleton residents are responsible for ensuring the proper operation of exterior lighting fixtures which are designed to function automatically. BCA staff conducts quarterly inspections of proper operation of carriage lights, garage lights, and builder-installed landscape lights which should operate from dawn until dusk. More information on maintaining the functioning of exterior lights can be found on our website. Please contact with any questions.


Blasting Operations in Downtown Brambleton Townhome Area (Section 23) - Blasting operations are underway and may be felt at times by residents living near the Brambleton Town Center (Sections 17, 16, 23, 29, and Town Center Residential).

Brambleton Kids Run the Nation Registration for the spring season of Brambleton Kids Run the Nation is now open! This co-ed, K-8th grade program culminates with group participation in the Step Sisters' Ribbon Run on Saturday, April 27th. Parents are encouraged to join their kids to train. Loudoun Multicultural Advisory Committee: Community Conversations - The Loudoun County Government’s Multicultural Advisory Committee will host two community discussions to explore racial biases on Friday, February 1st and Saturday, February 2nd. The events are free and open to the public. Ages 13 and older. Pre-registration is required due to limited seating. Click here to register and find more information.

Loudoun to Assist Workers Affected by Federal Government Shutdown - The Loudoun County government is taking steps to assist federal workers whose finances have been negatively affected by the federal government shutdown. The Board of Supervisors has approved financial aid to local food pantries and a temporary fee waiver for federal workers who ride Loudoun County Transit buses. Click here for more information.
