AROUND BRAMBLETON

INSIDE BCA

Government Shutdown: Delayed Assessment Payment & Late Fees Waivers - The BCA Board has approved the waiver of February late fees for single-family attached and detached homeowners who are impacted by the shutdown. If your income has been impacted by the shutdown and you would like to delay payment of your February assessment by 28 days, send an email to Ara.Galang@brambleton.org by Friday, February 8th to request a Shutdown Assessment Late Fee Waiver.
  • Please include the following information in that email: Owner(s) name(s); Property address; Employer (Department/Agency/Contractor); and an acknowledgement that you will pay the February assessment by Friday, March 1st.
  • This waiver does not apply to Summerfield or Residences owners and their Associations.
BCA is Hiring - BCA is seeking qualified candidates for two key full-time positions. For full job descriptions and application instructions, please visit our Careers page.
  • Resident Services Advisor: Ideal candidates will have significant customer service experience, be self-motivated, and be available to work flexibly and cooperatively in a small office, team-based environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Community Standards Advisor: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of service-focused work history in community association management or a related field, a detailed and organized approach to work, and be professional and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a must.

Wintertime Pond Safety - Brambleton has several ponds located throughout the community. Although frosty ponds may look solid from the edge, it is unsafe to do anything other than enjoy the view since ponds rarely freeze evenly or solidly. Venturing onto a frozen pond puts your life and the lives of first responders at risk. For more information, read the pond safety article in the most recent Brambleton Magazine issue and visit Loudoun County's webpage.
