Don't Throw Away That Pool Pass! - The pools may be closing soon, but you can use your existing pool pass each year. As a homeowner, your pool pass is valid for as long as you live in Brambleton. No need to stop in for a new one! Renters, you will need to provide an updated lease and new letter of permission at the beginning of each pool season in order to keep your pass activated. The great news is that all of this can be done via email! For more information, visit out website.
Back to School Reminders - Students throughout Loudoun County head back to school on Monday, August 31st. Please join us in wishing all Brambleton kids, parents and teachers a terrific start to their new school year! We ask for your consideration and share the following courtesy tips:
- Use caution and care when driving throughout the neighborhood, especially in school zones.
- Avoid U-turns, and spend an extra few minutes to drive around the school drop off loop. Park with care to avoid blocking sidewalks, crosswalks, intersections and sight lines.
- Place trash and recycling containers at curbside on days of collection to avoid blocking sidewalks.
- Please review the timer settings on irrigation systems so walkers are not forced into the street to avoid getting wet.
If you need to report a concern or have any questions contact the covenants team.

This upgrade will not result in account number changes or have any other impact on service. Please see the community website for details regarding the Verizon FIOS services provided to Brambleton residents, or contact email@example.com with any questions.
