Street Sweeping -
BCA will begin its annual spring street sweeping on all Brambleton streets. The sweeping will remove sand from streets in an effort to reduce the amount of debris that ends up in our streams, ponds, and other waterways. Street sweeping will begin on Monday, March 18th and will continue for approximately 3 weeks. Sweeping will occur daily as weather conditions permit. Townhome streets will be the first streets serviced. Residents are asked to assist with the sweeping process by taking the following actions:
- Park vehicles in garages and driveways so that the sweeper can service the entire street.
- Blow or sweep any sand on driveway aprons and sidewalks into the street.
- Blow sand off of the concrete curb and gutter portion of the street to expedite service, but do not place sand into piles on the street.
Questions pertaining to sweeping can be sent to Isaiah at firstname.lastname@example.org

Construction of Approved Modifications - Owners are responsible for ensuring that their contractors adhere to Brambleton’s standards and rules. It is important to know that construction materials of any kind may not be stored in common parking lots, common areas, or in the street. Nothing, including excavated materials (grass clippings, turf, dirt, sand, rocks, etc.), may be dumped in any wooded areas, common areas, or wetlands. When planning a project, BCA recommends that you review the plans with your contractor for proper placement and storage of construction materials and for the proper disposal of debris in order to avoid costly delays or cleanup. If you have any questions or if you care to report a violation, please contact 703-542-6263 or email@example.com.
Common Area Encroachment - Residents are reminded that per Brambleton’s Declaration, exclusive use of common areas is not permitted. Examples include:

- Storage of personal items or equipment in common areas, including items like woodpiles, play equipment, and sheds.
- Mulching, installing plant material, and cutting naturalized areas.
- Dumping or placing materials such as leaves, grass clippings, or construction materials.
To remedy encroachments on common areas, BCA will take appropriate enforcement action. This may include assessments for the cost of removal or restoration, additional charges, or other sanctions permitted by the Association's governing documents or law. Please contact the Community Standards Advisors at 703-542-6263 or firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or to report a concern.
