AROUND BRAMBLETON

INSIDE BCA

Do You Have Your Bram Life Pass? - The Bram Life Pass (formerly known as our Pool Pass) is now so much more than just a pool pass. It is our community’s pass for fun and discounts that will positively impact you and your family’s lifestyle here in Brambleton. It will get you into our pools and tennis courts, provide Brambleton-exclusive discounts at neighborhood restaurants and local businesses, and provide reduced or free entry at Brambleton’s larger events. Click here and visit the Bram Life Pass page for more information.
  • The Bram Life Pass (pool pass) is good for life as long as you haven't moved or changed addresses. Passes created before the Bram Life Pass rebranding are still active and do not need to be updated unless your information has changed.
  • Residents can swap out their old pool passes for the new Bram Life Pass at no charge until Friday, May 24th. After that date, there will be a $5.00 per pass reprint charge.
  • Want to beat the lines and get your passes as easily as possible? Email hoa@brambleton.org with the required documents and photos, then let us know if you would like to pick up your completed passes at our office or have them mailed to your address. It’s that simple!
  • Red, White & BRAM: If you bring your Bram Life Pass to the Red, White & BRAM festival, your entry fee is only $5. Entry is $10 without a pass. Persons aged 2 and over must have a valid pass in order to receive the discount.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Digging in Brambleton? - Homeowners should contact Miss Utility of Virginia by calling 811 or 1-800-552-7001 at least 3 business days before beginning any digging project. Remember, even if your project is small, it’s always best to call this free service! For additional information on digging safely, visit www.va811.com.

Spring Exterior Modifications - Thinking of building a deck or patio this year, or maybe adding steps to access your backyard? Exterior modifications like these and others require prior approval from the Covenants Committee. It is always best to turn applications in early to the Association so that projects are not held up waiting for review at meetings. The Covenants Committee meets for application review on the second Monday of each month. Applications can be found on our website. Completed applications can be scanned and emailed, mailed, or dropped in the drop box located outside of the BCA office building.

Time to Mow! - As the grass starts to grow, BCA reminds residents to review the Property Maintenance Standards, which include the requirement that all turf must be maintained at a height not to exceed 6 inches. Proactive inspections for compliance with these standards are ongoing throughout the community. To report concerns, please contact communitystandards@brambleton.org.
