Movie on the Green: The Greatest Showman (Sing-Along) - Come with your family to Legacy Park tonight, July 19th and enjoy a free sing-along screening of The Greatest Showman! The movie will start around dusk (8:30 PM), and seating is first come, first served. Summer Concert Series - Our free Summer Concert Series continues with The Jarreau Williams Xperience on Thursday, July 25th from 7:30 to 9:30 PM in Legacy Park! Line dance lessons will occur from 6:30 to 7:15 PM as well; learn how to do the hoedown, electric slide, and more! Ford’s Fish Shack, Red Dog BBQ, Grubbers, and Capitol Snow will also be onsite selling food. Visit our website for a full summer concert schedule and more information. Verizon Upgrade Clarification -
Verizon continues to transition the Brambleton community to the proper ONT & wiring equipment required to access the 500/500 Mbps enhanced speeds that will be initiated later this year. The addresses listed in our recent Verizon Upgrade message
are homes that are ready for the ONT & wiring equipment conversion
only. Verizon will provide an immediate upgrade to 100/100 Mbps for homes that undergo this conversion. Upon completion of all equipment conversions, the entire community will be phased into the new services and 500/500 Mbps enhanced speeds provided by the new agreement. in preparation of acceptance/turnover from the Developer to the Association. Residents with common area concerns in this area of the community are asked to email CIP@Brambleton.org

Bram Bus: Interest for “Rent” -
We are considering purchasing a block of tickets to see Rent at the National Theatre on Sunday, November 17th at 2 PM. The cost per person would be approximately $115, which includes a performance ticket and transportation on the Bram Bus. Seats would be located in the Orchestra section. Do You Own a Portable Basketball Hoop? - Recent inspections have noted that several basketball hoop bases are being weighted down with improper material and are not being stored in the proper location. Landscape Bed Maintenance - Turf areas and mulched landscape beds are to be kept as weed-free as reasonable. At no time shall weeds exceed more than 25% of the total turf area or 10% of mulched areas. Mulching landscape beds is one of the best ways to prevent weeds from growing out of control. Tree Care Reminders - Residents are responsible for maintaining trees and bushes on their property. These responsibilities include:
- trimming/pruning trees to a minimum of 8 feet above the sidewalk to allow for free, unobstructed passage;
- maintaining all trees and landscaping within the scale of the property;
- removing tree stakes which have been in place for more than one year;
- removing dead plant material promptly and planning for required replacements.
