Fall Fest - This year’s Fall Fest takes place on Saturday, October 5th from 12 to 6 PM. Come out with the whole family and enjoy rides, live music, food trucks, beer and wine, an artist marketplace, and more!

  • Location: Shreveport Dr between Belmont Ridge Rd and Loudoun County Pkwy (Same location as Red White & BRAM)
  • Tickets: Tickets will be sold at the gate for $10 per person with a Bram Life Pass (pool pass) and $15 per person without a pass. Entry includes unlimited rides. Entry is free for ages 2 and under.


2019 BCA Board Election: Nomination Deadline Today, October 4th - BCA is seeking candidates for three seats on its Board that will be filled in this fall’s election. Please visit our Call for Candidates page for a Nominating Petition and the election timeline. The petition deadline is today, October 4th at 5 PM.

  • Residents who have served on an Association committee or other board position or have an interest in serving the community typically make great candidates for a HOA board position. The commitment is for a three-year term.
  • The Board regularly meets every even month beginning at 8:15 AM, with possible additional meetings to handle special Association business. Meetings typically last approximately two hours. The meeting time and frequency is subject to change if the new Board deems it appropriate or necessary. Specific requirements and duties for Board Members can be found in the Association’s governing documents available here.
  • Residents interested in running for the Board are expected to schedule a meeting with General Manager Rick Stone to discuss the responsibilities and duties of a Board Member. If you have questions pertaining to the open Board positions or the election itself, please contact Mr. Stone at

Verizon Upgrade: Immediate Action Required - Verizon has resolved all hub capacity issues in Brambleton and is actively delivering door hangers to the rest of the community. As we near the implementation of 500/500 Mbps internet speeds and equipment included in the new bulk agreement, we urge all residents who have received notifications from Verizon and/or BCA to schedule their ONT & Wiring appointments immediately in order to avoid delays in receiving these upgrades. School’s Out Day Camps - Registration is open for four different school’s out day camps being held on Monday, October 14th! Register for a full-day camp with Overtime Athletics or Drama Kids, enjoy a half-day of STEM using LEGO materials with Play-Well TEKnologies, or hit the courts for a half-day of tennis with Luis Rosado Tennis Academy. Neighborhood Block Party - Brambleton’s first community-wide Neighborhood Block Party will take place on Saturday, October 19th from 4 to 11 PM! This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know your neighbors better, create a greater sense of community, and build a safer neighborhood. Bram Bus: RENT - We still have tickets/seats available for the upcoming Bram Bus trip to see RENT at the National Theatre on Sunday, November 17th! The last day to purchase tickets is Saturday, October 19th. Cost is $125 per person and includes a show ticket and transportation. Brambleton residents and their guests only. Commercial Vehicles - BCA would like to remind residents that parking commercial vehicles in a visible location within Brambleton, other than on a temporary and non-recurring basis, is not permitted, per our Vehicle Policy Resolution and our Declaration (Article 8.2 (n) Vehicles). Bag Those Leaves! - Brambleton residents are reminded to keep grass clippings and leaves out of streets, storm drains, and common areas. Blowing leaves and other yard debris into the street, sidewalk, or storm drainage system is a violation of community standards and stormwater ordinances. Grass clippings, leaves, and other lawn debris can clog storm drains, resulting in street and private property flooding. Also, leaves blown into the street can create a slippery and dangerous surface for traveling motorcyclists and bicyclists. When finished mowing, be sure to use a blower, broom, or rake to clean up any leaves or debris that have inadvertently made their way into the street, sidewalk, or storm drain.

Proper Storage of Waste Containers - Trash is collected on Tuesdays, and yard waste collection (Mar. - Dec.) also occurs on Tuesdays. Trash, recycling, and scheduled bulk pickups are performed on Fridays. Bulk pickups can be arranged with the waste removal contractor via; some items will incur an additional charge. Trash containers and recycling bins are to be put out no earlier than 6 PM on the evening before the scheduled pickup day. All containers and bins should be removed from the streets, walkways, or exterior portions of the lots following pickup on the day of service. Trash containers and recycling bins are not permitted to be stored in a location visible from a neighboring property. Additional information can be found on our website. Guardians of Education 5k & Super-Hero Fun Run - Come out for the inaugural Guardians of Education 5k & Super-Hero Fun Run on Saturday, October 19th in the Brambleton Town Center! Celebrate police officers, fire fighters, teachers, doctors, and everyone else who help make our community safe and strong. Proceeds from this race will be given to educational scholarship funds. Comfort Cases: Community Collection - The Ashburn Chapter of Young Men’s Service League is collecting items for foster children in the community through Comfort Cases. A collection bin is located in the Welcome Center through October. Wishlist items include small duffel bags or backpacks, pajamas, small blankets, toothbrushes, travel size toiletries, small stuffed animals, books, coloring books, and crayons. Decommissioned Traffic Signal: Route 7 and Lexington Dr - Loudoun County officials announce access to Lexington Dr from Route 7 will end with the decommissioning of the traffic signal at the intersection following morning rush hour on Monday, October 7th. More information can be found here.

Loudoun Job Fair - The Loudoun Workforce Resource Center will host the Loudoun Job Fair on Thursday, October 10th from 4 to 7 PM at the Eastern Loudoun Family Services Center (21641 Ridgetop Cir, Sterling). The job fair will feature local employers with full-time, part-time, and seasonal job openings in Loudoun County. This free event will also offer resume critiques (5-6 PM) and provide information about local resources, including commuter and family services. Visit for more information.

Safe2Talk App - The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and Loudoun County Public Schools have coordinated to introduce the Safe2Talk app in Loudoun County. Safe2Talk is a free, downloadable app that can be used by students, parents, teachers, and residents to report safety concerns in our schools. All reports through the app are monitored 24/7 by dispatchers in the LCSO Emergency Communications Center. The app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
