2020 Assessments and Operating Budget Approved
The BCA Board of Directors reviewed and adopted the 2020 Assessments and Operating Budget as presented by staff at their meeting on October 22, 2019. The Board appreciates and recognizes the hard work demonstrated by residents, committees, and staff involved in the drafting of the budget. The Board is confident that the adopted budget will fund Brambleton’s operations at the level that residents have come to expect and appreciate.
Below are the assessments that will fund BCA throughout 2020.
House Type & 2020 Assessment Rate
Detached w/ Common Driveway: $205.36
Townhouse w/ Grounds Maintenance: $218.19
Summerfield Condominium: $146.83
The Residences Condominiums: $155.49

The 2020 Assessments will take effect on January 1, 2020. FirstService Residential, BCA’s professional financial management partner, will send out coupon books with the new assessments in early December 2019.
