The BCA Management Office will close at 3 PM today, November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will reopen at 9 AM on Monday, December 2nd. Any common area emergencies can be reported to 703-385-1133 during this time.Thanksgiving Weekend Trash & Recycling -
Republic Services will be performing collection on a normal schedule on Friday, November 29th. Santa’s Holiday Tour - Santa and the Arcola Volunteer Fire Department will be making their way through Brambleton on Sunday, December 8th to wish you Happy Holidays and to collect items for Loudoun County families in need. A map of stop locations and more information can be found here.
- The Welcome Center is open daily from 11 AM to 5 PM but will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 28-29. Please do not leave gifts unattended in the hallway by the tree.
Care for Caregivers -
BCA and the American Red Cross are joining together to collect items for Caregivers Kits. Kits are provided to family members of Walter Reed extended stay patients. A list of needed items and more information can be found here

Gusting winds this fall have led to an increase in litter. Please make sure that your trash and recyclables are secure in their prospective bins to keep them from blowing down the street. BCA continues to proactively monitor and inspect for proper placement of trash and recycling bins with the goal of reducing the amount of litter that ends up around the community. Holiday decorations and lighting do not require approval by the Covenants Committee. Nevertheless, if the committee determines that any decorations or lighting attract excessive traffic, unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of common areas or adjacent lots, or create a dangerous condition, then the resident responsible must remove the decorations or lighting within 48 hours after receiving notice from the Association. Please be mindful that decorations and lighting must be specific and appropriate to the holiday occurring at the time of display. All materials must be within the lot boundaries of the resident making the display. Exterior decorations for all holidays may be placed out 30 days in advance of the holiday and removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. Christmas or winter decorations may be placed out as early as the day after Thanksgiving and may remain on display until Tuesday, January 14th.DEVELOPER NEWSBlasting Operations in Section 23B -
