COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Winter Preparation of Hose Bibs - With the cold front approaching and a potential frost on the way, it’s time to retire your garden hose! Every year it’s important to turn off your outdoor water supply lines correctly – however, if it’s done incorrectly, any water left in the supply line can freeze and expand, causing the pipes to split. Click here to follow step-by-step tips to make sure that your hose bib is prepared for winter.

Exterior Modification Approvals - BCA’s governing documents require that the Association approve all proposed exterior modifications before any work is started. Membership in a community association requires compliance with pre-existing conditions and regulations. Getting BCA approval for all proposed architectural changes is not only a requirement but also a great way to protect your investment and property value. Design Review Applications can be found on our website. Completed applications can be scanned and emailed (recommended) or mailed to the BCA office. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Community Standards Advisor.
