Brambleton Corner Clubhouse and Pool

• THE CORNER CLUBHOUSE 
  • Rental Applications must be received at least 14 days in advance, but no more than 6 months in advance
  • Maximum capacity is 150 people
• Included in rental:
  • Foyer, Meeting room, Caterer’s Kitchen, Wet Bar
    • Small warming oven
    • Large refrigerator & freezer 
    • Large ice maker 
  • Tables & Chairs
    • Sixteen (16)-60” round tables
    • Eight (8)-6’ long tables
    • 150 banquet chairs
• Renter’s Responsibilities
• All events must conclude prior to 11:00pm, with the facility cleaned and vacated by 11:00pm
• 
  
  • Contracted rental time must allow for set-up & clean-up
  • All trash to be removed from facility and properly disposed of
  • Tables & chairs must be cleaned and returned to original storage position
• Rental Does Not Include
  • Use of or access to the Corner Clubhouse Pool
  • Use of dishwasher

*A BCA contracted site attendant is mandatory during evening rentals

• THE CORNER CLUBHOUSE & POOL 
  • Available during pool season on Saturdays from 8:00pm-11:00pm
  • Maximum Capacity is 250 people
  • Includes exclusive use of Clubhouse
  • Additional guard fees will be applied to your rental
  • Two guard minim for all rentals for the first 50 people
  • For every 25 guests over 50 people, one additional guard will be required

**Glass containers are not permitted on the pool deck
